Whilst being the Director of Potential At Work, Kerry is working in association with TomorrowToday as a trainer and a presenter.
Interesting roles to date
- Lead mentor and co-ordinator of a mentoring programme for the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Foundation. In 2014, this includes mentoring of 180 graduates from the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy.
- Advisor and Coach for numerous key talent, emerging talent and mentoring programmes including Dimension Data, Merchants, Nedbank and Internet Solutions.
- Creator and implementer of company-wide Coaching and Mentoring Frameworks, including a coaching framework for a multinational in six global regions.
- Facilitator, Mentor and Coach for graduate programmes at many large SA organisations including MTN, Dimension Data and the Standard Bank Leadership Programme.
- Career Navigation Advisor for SA Career Focus and Career Junction, SA’s largest online careers portal.
- Co-author, with Graeme Codrington of TomorrwToday, of a book entitled “Navigating your Career in the New World of Work”.
