Understand what shaped and formed Boomers, Gen X’s and Gen Y’s, and why younger and older people – staff, customers, family and friends – have such different expectations and approaches to life, leadership, work and relationships.

This session can be delivered as a keynote presentation or strategic input, lasting between 45 and 90 minutes. We use full multimedia, laced with humour and insights about different generations. The keynote is adapted for each audience, and can be made industry-specific or function-specific in its application and focus.
The session can be delivered as a workshop, either half day or full day. These workshops need to be tailored to the specific application of generational theory, which can be anything from selling to different generations and how to develop your website, to connecting with younger and older users, to management and leadership issues. Typically we would select either an external focus (on customers, sales, marketing, branding, etc.), or an internal focus (leadership, team dynamics, recruitment, assessment, training, etc.).
