podcastA podcast is essentially a radio show that you can get on the internet, so you can listen any time you want.  You have two options: You can listen to a podcast through a website. Or, you can download a podcast, which means you’re saving it on your phone, or tablet, or computer, and you can listen to it anytime, even without an internet connection.

The beauty of podcasts is that you can download them to your smart phone and listen to them on the go – whether it’s driving or at the gym, waiting for someone or while you take a walk in the fresh air.

The TomorrowToday team publish a monthly podcast episode, about half an hour in length. It’s a great resource for those of you who end up saving many of our blog posts to ‘read later’.

3 Easy Ways to Listen to Podcasts

1) iPhone: It’s very likely you already have the Podcast app on your phone. It is installed on newer phones or available from the App Store for free – download it here).

Open the app, search for TomorrowTrends (that’s our Podcast channel)

2) Android (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S5): Download Stitcher from Google Play (the app store). Search for TomorrowTrends in Stitcher and click the plus sign (+), to add it to your Favorites List. Now go to the Favorites List. Tell it to download new episodes by clicking the gear in the upper right corner.

3) Computer: You can stream off our website here, Click on play button on the green bar.

From any of these you can browse, subscribe, and download podcasts. You can either download a single episode, or subscribe to a Podcast Channel, and then it’s as easy as clicking on the podcast episode and pressing play.

Alternatively, ask a Millennial in your office, or your teenager to help you – they’ll have you sorted in less than 3 minutes. They’ll appreciate you asking for their help and you won’t have to deal with any potential frustration!

Our latest TomorrowTrends episode looks at the Future-Fit Organisation, the team provides 3 unusual book reviews and looks at why we battle with change – using a lesson from QWERTY keyboards.
